Return Policy – Product Restrictions
We want you to enjoy your purchase for years to come and we do believe you will be very pleased with your purchases. However, in the off chance that you are not 100% happy with them and would like to exchange any of the products, please contact us for an exchange or return within 10 days of your date of purchase.
The following Tamam products are subject to special return restrictions. Stitch Files (for Embroidered Products) or tailor made products: You may return any embroidered product for a replacement or refund within 10 days of receipt. However, in order to obtain a refund there should be a reasonable reason for returning something that was done specifically for you. Returning Damaged / Defective Items In cases of damage or defect, the return process can often be expedited by providing a digital image of the damage or defect (along with a clear description of the problem) in an email to us. In many cases, action (in the form of replacement, refund or account credit) can be taken as soon as substantiation of the claim has been provided by the customer.
Who covers the return shipping cost?
Tamam will pay for the return shipping cost using standard mail in cases where items have arrived in damaged condition. For all other cases, return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer.
